It's easy to talk but so hard to do

Talking is an one of ability for every people, since we  were born to this earth, we have ability to express anything in our mind by talking, although not every people are born with it. I mean some people can't talk because they're silent, disability to talk.

However, we still know what they say by their body movement, their finger, their hand. Some people know about that but some of us including me not.

So, what is problem ? The problem is many people using their communication to be motivator, talk is cheap, talk is easy, however did they ?  I Mean are they do anything they said before us, aren't they ?

Some people talking about happiness but their life are never happy. Some people talking about honestly, but in fact, to much lie in their life ?

The easy ways to be better is silent, pretend that we don't know for any problem, silent is gold, always said that it's not of my business. NOB., it doesn't mean we're stupid person, but it's the easy ways to avoid from any problem.
